Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to Catalog10 — the website at catalog10.com, the Catalog10 web app and the Catalog10 mobile apps (together, “Catalog10”, “we”). By creating an account or using Catalog10, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Catalog10 on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

1. The service

Catalog10 is a B2B marketplace platform for sharing and discovering business catalogs, listings, supplier offers, and trading opportunities.

Businesses use Catalog10 to publish listings, build catalogs, share them through links to the channels they choose — such as WhatsApp, Telegram, social networks or individual contacts — and see how their shared links perform.

2. Your account and your content

  • Keep your account information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite.
  • Users are responsible for the content they publish, including listing and product information, prices, quantities, and contact details.
  • Catalog10 does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or completion of any posted listings or communications between users.

3. Acceptable use

  • Users must not publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive, or spam content.
  • Do not send Catalog10 links or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, and do not send bulk, unsolicited or repetitive messages.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your relationship with one.
  • Use the contact details you receive through Catalog10 — for example, a buyer’s name and WhatsApp number after they contact one of your listings — only to answer that inquiry, and in line with applicable law.
  • Do not interfere with Catalog10, get around its limits or security checks, or collect data from it by automated means.
  • Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations related to trading, imports, exports, taxes, and communications.

4. Sharing your listings and contacting people

Today, when you share through Catalog10, you send the message yourself: Catalog10 prepares the message and the link and opens WhatsApp, Telegram, your e-mail or another app for you to send it. Catalog10 does not send these messages on your behalf and does not access your phone’s contacts or address book.

You are responsible for having permission to contact the people and groups you share with, for following the rules of the app you send through, and for stopping when someone asks you to.

5. Connecting a WhatsApp Business account (coming soon)

We are preparing a feature that will let a business connect its own WhatsApp Business account to Catalog10 through Meta’s Embedded Signup and send messages from that account through Catalog10. It is not available yet. This section applies to businesses that use it once it is; we will update it before launch if the feature changes.

  • Authorization. By connecting, you authorize Catalog10 to access the WhatsApp Business account, phone numbers and message templates you connect, and to send messages and manage templates from them on your behalf, as you instruct through Catalog10. You remain the owner of your WhatsApp Business account and keep your own access to it through Meta.
  • Meta’s and WhatsApp’s rules. When you connect, you accept Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform. You must follow them, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp’s rules for message templates.
  • Your recipients. You decide who receives your messages: you supply or select the recipients. Connecting WhatsApp does not give Catalog10 access to your phone’s address book.
  • Permission to contact. Message only people who gave you their number and agreed (opted in) to receive WhatsApp messages from your business, with your business clearly named when they agreed. You are responsible for collecting phone numbers and opt-ins lawfully and for being able to show how you obtained them.
  • Opt-outs. When someone asks you to stop — on WhatsApp or anywhere else — stop messaging them and remove them from your recipients.
  • No spam. Do not send unsolicited, bulk, misleading or prohibited messages, and do not use a connected account to message on behalf of anyone other than your own business.
  • Responsibilities. You are responsible for your messages, your recipient lists and the permissions behind them; Catalog10 is responsible for operating the feature as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp and Meta enforce their own rules and may limit, suspend or remove a business’s account or phone number, or Catalog10’s own access to the WhatsApp Business Platform; Catalog10 cannot overrule their decisions.
  • Restricting misuse. To protect recipients, other businesses and Catalog10’s access to WhatsApp, we may limit how many messages you send, pause sending, disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from Catalog10 or suspend your Catalog10 account when we reasonably believe it is being used against these Terms or Meta’s or WhatsApp’s rules, including after complaints or quality warnings.
  • Disconnecting. You will be able to disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from Catalog10 at any time. Disconnecting stops Catalog10 from sending from it, but does not delete the messages, recipients or statistics already stored in Catalog10; see our Data deletion page.

7. Suspension and closing your account

  • Catalog10 reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts or content that violate platform rules.
  • You can delete your account at any time; our Data deletion page explains how and what happens to your data.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
