Data deletion

How to delete your Catalog10 account and data, what is erased and what is kept, and how people who don’t use Catalog10 can ask us to delete information about them.

Delete your account

In the Catalog10 app or on the web: Settings → Delete account.
Or open catalog10.com/app/pub/delete-account and sign in.
If you can no longer sign in, e-mail [email protected] from the address on the account.

What happens next

The account disappears from Catalog10 straight away. If you own the company, the whole company account is deleted, every member is signed out and they are told by e-mail; a team member deletes only their own account.
A paid plan stops renewing and ends at the end of the period already paid.
For 30 days you can restore it by signing in; after that, it is permanently erased.

What is erased and what is kept

Erased: listings, catalogs, channels, shared links with their statistics and responses, AI requests, support requests, verification documents, contact history, WhatsApp messages stored with the account, pending invitations and photos.
Kept: billing records, for as long as the law requires, with the anonymised company and user records they refer to; and anonymous market statistics (category, brand, grade, WTS/WTB, price, quantity, country and dates of past listings) that do not identify anyone.
Activity a person generated on other businesses’ links stays part of those businesses’ statistics.

To stop WhatsApp notifications from Catalog10, reply STOP (or PARAR / BAJA) to Catalog10’s WhatsApp number, or turn them off in Settings → Notifications. This does not delete your account or your data.
Coming soon — connected WhatsApp Business accounts: disconnecting a WhatsApp Business account will stop Catalog10 from sending from it, but will not delete the messages, recipients and statistics already stored. To have those deleted, delete your account or write to [email protected].

If you don’t use Catalog10

If you opened a link a business shared with you, Catalog10 recorded the activity described in section 2 of our Privacy Policy. To have it deleted, write to [email protected] with the link and roughly when you opened it. Clearing your browser’s data for catalog10.com deletes the browser identifier.
